What does "Ready to ship" mean?
The piece is in stock in your size and is sent after your order is confirmed.
What does "Made to order" mean?
The piece is made for you after you order. The estimated ready date is shown on the product page and at checkout.
How do I choose my size?
See the size guide for a chart and how to measure. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us and we will help.
Can I have something made just for me?
Yes. Our atelier designs pieces with you and fits them to your measurements. Start on the Custom & Atelier page.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, by appointment. See Pickup & fittings.
Can I return something?
Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned in original condition within a set window; made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale. See Shipping & returns for details.
How should I care for my piece?
Each product page lists care instructions. As a rule, we recommend dry cleaning for embroidered, embellished and silk pieces, and storing them folded in cotton or muslin.
