Pickup & fittings

Pickups, fittings and design consultations are by appointment at our studio. Choose a time that suits you on the Book an appointment page. Your confirmation email includes the studio address.

Collecting an order

Choose "Pick up at the studio" at checkout, then book a pickup time. Please bring your order number or confirmation email. If you chose to pay at pickup, you can pay when you collect. Sales tax is calculated at pickup.

Fittings

Try on a piece, or have a made-to-order or custom piece fitted to you. Please wear or bring the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear with it.

Changing your appointment

You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email and book another time, or simply reply to that email.
