The terms that apply when you buy from us.

Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
Made-to-order and custom pieces
These pieces are made for you. Estimated ready dates are our best estimate, not a guarantee. They are final sale unless faulty or not as agreed.
Payment
Pay by card online, or at pickup where that option is offered. Orders for shipping must be paid online. For pickup orders, sales tax is calculated at pickup.

Colour and appearance
We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but colours may vary slightly between screens, and handcrafted details may differ slightly from piece to piece.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
